Pricing Details:
-All prices are per person course fees plus accommodation and Meals Program Fees
-Light Breakfast, full lunch and dinner served 5 days a week (free days no food is provided)
-All prices in US Dollars, conversions to other currency done at the time of payment
Normal Pricing:
15% deposit due to secure your place in the immersion
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation policy for regular pricing:
85% refund until 30 days before immersion. 50% refund within 30 days of immersion start, OR the full amount can be transferred to the same immersion on a different date if we are notified of the change 30 days or more before immersion start. Transfers can be done to other immersions during the same season or the following season only, subject to availability.
No refunds or credit will be given for amounts paid once immersion has begun (except 6 month course have the option for refund of amount above 500hr course fees if not continuing).
Fees for extending your stay with us will be standard fees (even if your original booking was early bird or super early bird).
*Early Bird and Super Early Bird Pricing:
50% Transferable (Non-Refundable) deposit Due 180 Days (Super Early Bird) or 90 – 179 Days (Early Bird) before start of immersion.
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
