Cancellation Policy (Normal Pricing):
Refund of any amount greater than 15% deposit, 50% refund within 14 days of program.
Or, free rescheduling for same program on different dates
Full payment due 14 days before beginning of immersion.
*Early Bird and Super Early Bird Pricing:
50% Transferable (Non-Refundable) deposit Due 180 Days (Super Early Bird) or 90 Days (Early Bird) before start of immersion
